The Shearing Day Shawl pattern comes to us from Grapefruit & Gardenia Designs by Erika Field. This sample shawl was knit with Green Mountain Spinnery Alpaca Elegance yarn - 2 skeins each of Cream, Cappuccino, and Dark Roast colors. It was knit on US6 and the final dimensions are 64" wide and 29" long. One modification to the pattern was an extra 12 rows in the Woven Slip Stitches 4 section.
