Shipping Policy

Shipments are made on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.  For same day shipping, please complete order by 9am that morning.  We will always do our best to get your order on its way to you as quickly as possible. 

 

We ship in a variety of packaging including cardboard boxes.  We occasionally have clean and good cardboard boxes we reuse for shipping to you.  Please consider reusing them again.  If packaging material is required, it will be compostable, no Styrofoam peanuts here!  We may also ship in poly mailers with some recycled content. 

 

All shipments go through USPS, UPS or FedEx depending on size, weight, distance, cost and service.  We will make the best decision at the time of shipment and every shipment will have tracking available.  Once your items are shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

 

Orders eligible for Free Shipping are shipped Economy.  To qualify for free shipping the order must be a minimum value of $125 before tax, and not include Gift Cards.

 

We offer fixed rate shipping costs for Economy and Priority so you know what your shipping costs will be before you complete your order.  Selections at checkout if your order does not qualify for Free Shipping include:

 

Economy – fixed cost $9.50, sent USPS Ground Advantage or equivalent.  Estimated delivery time is 3-7* business days.

 

Priority – fixed cost $25, sent USPS Priority or equivalent.  Estimated delivery time is 2-3* business days.  (If volume exceeds one cubic foot, there may be an additional shipping fee applied not to exceed actual cost of shipment.)

 

*Estimated delivery time is from the time the shipper receives the order, actual delivery times may vary depending on season. 

 

We do not offer Express shipments on a regular basis, please email info@lovermontyarns.com if you have an urgent need and we will work with you.  The cost of express shipments vary widely.  If we can get your expedited order out, you will be responsible for the actual shipment costs, and any guaranteed delivery times will be between you and the shipper.
